Getting 3rd at WSM in 2007 and also winning BSM in 2007

 

What are your plans after your strongman career?

Loose weight and get a normal job

 

What has been your biggest dissapointment whilst training as a strongman?

Not winning BSM in 2008

 

What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?
Dont overtrain and take your time

 

What is your favourite strongman event and why?
Truck pull because it looks cool

 

What is you least favourite strongman event and why?
Squat because it hurts

 

Which past strongman do you admire now & why?
Magnus ver Magnusson, because he could win any event

 

Which current strongman do you admire now & why?
Mariusz, because he is 5 times WSM

 

How do you prepare yourself for major events?
Train hard for 12 weeks leading up to it

What is your favourite other sporting event?
Anything to do with rugby

Socialise and spend time with friends

 

What would be your favourite type of holiday and destination?
Seeing all the ruins in mexico

Who is your biggest threat for 2009 and why?
Mauriusz because he can win any event and he has no weakness
