Breakfast: Porridge, Eggs

What made you want to become a strongman?
I always wanted to be a strongman

 

How old were you when you started training and competing in strongman?

I started at 31

 

What is your greatest strongman achievement?
England's strongest man 2006/2007/2008

 

How do you manage to balance work and training for strongman?

I don't do much work

 

What is the worst injury you have ever had?
Back pain

 

What are your plans after your strongman career?

Get rich and retire on the beach and go to Hollywood

What has been your biggest disappointment whilst training as a strongman?
Not going through to the world's last year

 

What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?
Eat well and train hard

 

What is your favourite strongman event and why?
Anything to do with pressing

 

What is you least favourite strongman event and why?
Stones because I'm a bit short

 

How do you prepare yourself for major events?
Resting and eating well

 

What is your favourite other sporting event?
Boxing, Cagefighting

 

What do you do to relax? Do you have any hobbies?
Going on holiday, travelling a lot

Split my trousers coming off the train

Somewhere in South America where it is nice and quiet

Mercedes and still like to drive mercedes

Being England's and Britain's Strongest Man in the same year - 2008

God, as we do too many sins

I have always been strong and I have trained for strongman since 2006 and it seems to be going well. I used to be a fighter at school since I was 8 years old
