Athletes to compete singly
A car is positioned on a frame which has handles extending from underneath the car. The athlete will grip the handles and lift the car to the ‘knees locked’ position and place the car down on the ground again.
The winner is the athlete who completes the most lifts in a given amount of time.
Weight: Weight of an average car (approx. 1800 kilos)
