Car Deadlift For Reps

The day started with all 10 finalists keen to win the competition, each fighting for the chance to raise the famous Worlds Strongest Man trophy, with only a few points between them this is probably the strongest group of finalists for many years.

The Car Deadlift started the day's events in style with impressive performances from the event favorites. 75 seconds of raw lifting power are all the athletes have to raise the 350kg car as many times as possible, standing erect with shoulders back and hips forward at the top of each lift.

Atlas Stones

The pinnacle of The World's Strongest Man competition, and this year it came down to the last event - The Atlas Stones! The stones range from 100kg to 160kg and are place on top of a 5 plinths.

The finalists raced each other head to head, lifting the stones over 75 seconds in one final battle to crown this years champion. This is traditionally where legends are created and champions are defined.

Now the dust has settled and the results are in, we can't wait to air the finals and bring all the action to your living room this Christmas - we promise it will be worth the wait!!!!
