2015 Malaysia heats and events revealed
The 2015 World’s Strongest Man competing heats and events have been revealed. Thirty of the World’s strongest men will test their strength and power in this years infamous competition.
The top two sportsmen from each heat will go on to battle it out in the finals, the 2015 World’s Strongest Man finals will only consist of these top 10 competitors.
The main question is who will win? 2014 winner Žydrūnas Savickas (Big Z) is going to be pushing it to the max to remain champion and get his fifth title, matching that of Poland’s Mariusz Pudzianowski. Last year’s runner up Hafthor Bjornsson wants to continue the Icelandic tradition of producing WSM Champions, and win his first title. Also looking to bring the title back to their home countries; Eddie Hall who would be the first Brit to win since Welshman Gary Taylor in 1993 and Brian Shaw who, if successful will match fellow American Bill Kazmaier’s three title record.
This years heats taking place in Malaysia will be spilt through three locations; Palace of Justice (Parking Lot), Putrajaya Marina and Walking Bridge. Everyone has a chance to win, but there can only be one champion. It doesn’t get any better than this!
