The regional competitions are going to be kicked off with the Northern Ireland Grand Prix, this is going to be staged at the Joey Dunlop Centre in Ballymoney on Saturday 19th May. If you fancy going to watch the guys in action the competition starts at 12:30pm sharp.
The athletes include Brian Irwin, Francis Kirkby, Neville Bamford, Leslie Steele, Gary Mckelvey, Carl Waitoa, Pat McNamara, Paul Roberts and Dave Warner.
The running order will picked at random and the events include the Log Medley, Dead/lift hold with frame, Carry medley and Atlas Stones
