Britain’s Strongest Man – 26th May, Five Lakes Crowne Plaza Resort, Essex.

The quest to find BRITAIN’S STRONGEST MAN is taking place at FIVE LAKES CROWNE PLAZA RESORT, Essex,CM9 8HX, this Saturday 26^th May as part of the Giants Live Strongman series. The strongest men in the Kingdom will compete in the Six Labours of Hercules to break records and win their right to represent our nation at the World’s Strongest Man. Seeing is believing!

The competition will begin at around 10:45 on the main stage. As the numbers of competitors are so high the competition will cut to 10 men after 3 events. All athletes will compete in the Max Deadlift, Max log and Frame Carry – top 10 continue on with Dumbell medley, Super yoke and Loading.
