Mike Bushell met Geoff Capes to find out what it takes to be the World's Strongest Man. Capes won the title twice, first 1983 and then again in 1985, becoming the first non American to win the competition, beating Jon Pall Sigmarsson to the top of the podium on both occasions. Now he's training a whole new generation in the art of strong man events.
